Elena Digital

Email outreach, sent from your own mailboxes.

Email Campaign is the tool Elena Digital’s team uses to run email campaigns: upload a recipient list, write the message, and send it through the team’s connected Gmail, Outlook or SMTP accounts at a pace those mailboxes can sustain.

Sends from your own mailboxes

Connect Gmail and Outlook accounts through their official sign-in, or any mailbox over SMTP. Messages go out from those addresses, not from a shared sending server.

Paced to protect them

Campaigns are split into small batches with delays between them, capped per mailbox per day, and new mailboxes warm up gradually as they build a sending history.

Opt-outs honoured automatically

Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. An address that opts out or bounces goes onto a suppression list and is never mailed again by any campaign.

How Google account data is used

Connecting a Gmail mailbox asks for the narrowest permissions that let Email Campaign do its job.

openid · email
Learn which mailbox was connected, so its messages go out from the right address.
gmail.send
Send the campaign messages the team composes and schedules — nothing else. This permission cannot read, search or delete mail.
gmail.readonly — optional, off by default
Requested only if bounce detection is switched on, to find the delivery-failure notices a mail server sends back when an address does not exist.
Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared except as needed to send the mail. Read the Privacy Policy for the full detail, or write to dk.elenadigital@gmail.com.
